CLI Excellent Academic Assurance Plan is an endowment life insurance product (individual) issued by CLII. CLI Excellent Academic Assurance Plan aims to provide you a life insurance protection while meeting the educational funding purpose for your children.

  • 1 COMPLETE, CALMING. Provides comprehensive protection for you as a parent, for risks that could result loss of income that can interrupt your child's educational plans, such as the risk of death or permanent and total disability, which the coverage is valid throughout the world.

Key Benefits:

  • 1. Death Benefit
    If the Insured deceases due to any reason, CLII will pay 100% of the Sum Assured deducted with any paid Education Cash Benefit (if any).
  • 2. Accidental Death Benefit
    CLII provide additional benefit if the Insured deceases due to accident, as follows:
    a. 100% of the Sum Assured if the Insured has an Accident other than the specific reasons; or
    b. 200% of the Sum Assured if the Insured has an Accident due to a specific reason that is the Accident in a public transportation, proven by ticket ownership in the name of the Insured and one night stay at the minimum (specific for commercial cruise); or
    c. 200% of the Sum Assured if the Insured has an Accident due to a specific reason that is an Accident as the pedestrian, public elevator or escalator passenger; or
    d. 200% of the Sum Assured if the Insured has an Accident due to a specific reason that is the Accident as the visitor of theater, hotel, public auditorium, school, hospital, shopping centers (mall, shops, or market).
  • 3. Premium Waiver Benefit
    If the Insured suffer with Total and Permanent Disability due to Illness or Accident. CLII will replace Policyholder’s position to pay all the Premium obligations. Other Coverage Benefits in the Policy will still be valid according to the term and conditions.
  • 4. Education Cash Benefit
    If the Insured is alive up to Policy Anniversary with the schedule of Education Cash Benefit payment, CLII will pay the Education Cash Benefit as per defined in the below table:

    7th Policy Anniversary 10%
    8th Policy Anniversary 15%
    9th Policy Anniversary 25%

    *exclude Substandard Premium (if any).

  • 5. Maturity Benefit
    If the Insured is alive at the end of policy term, CLII will pay Maturity Benefit amounted 100% of total Premium paid by Policyholder and fully received by CLII, exclude Substandard Premium (if any).
  1. Insured Entry Age : 21 – 60 years old (Age of Last Birthday)

  2. Currency : Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)

  3. Coverage Term : 10 years

  4. Premium Payment Term : 3 years

  5. Policy Fee: Policy Printing Fee: Rp180.000,00 per Policy, which will be paid for duplicate policy printing. First policy printing fee is calculated in the billed Premium.
  1. Premium payment frequency is yearly or monthly, starts from IDR10,000,000.00 per year or IDR1,000,000.00 per month.

  2. Sum Assured starts from IDR45,000.000,00

Premium paid to PT China Life Insurance Indonesia includes acquisition cost (include commission to the marketing officer and also commission to the business partner related to the cooperation to market the insurance product), administration cost, and other general costs.

  1. CLI Excellent Academic Assurance Plan is an insurance product issued by CLII.

  2. The prospective Policyholder must read carefully and understand the product and has a right to ask to the marketing officer about the product.

  3. CLI Excellent Academic Assurance Plan product has been submitted and approved by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

  4. CLI Excellent Academic Assurance Plan product is marketed by CLII’s marketing officer which has been licensed and supervised by the OJK or a life insurance association appointed by the OJK.

  5. The information on this website is not a contract with CLII. Further detailed information, terms and conditions of CLI Excellent Academic Assurance Plan can be referred to the Policy issued by CLII.
