CLII Excellent Hospital Income Plan Plus (CLII EHIP Plus) is an individual health insurance product issued by CLII. CLII EHIP Plus provides financial protection in the form of cash benefit that will be paid if the Insured undergoes hospitalization and/or surgery at the hospital or passed away. CLII EHIP Plus also provide No Claim Bonus of 20% of total paid Premium* if there are no Claim during the Premium Payment Term and the Premium is fully paid, and Maturity Benefit of 100% of total paid Premium* for coverage that remains active until the Policy End Date.

The benefits of CLII Excellent Hospital Income Plan Plus:

  1. Provides cash benefit for every Hospitalization and/or Surgery in Hospital, and also cash benefit up to 200% paid Premium* if the Insured passed away within Coverage Term.

  2. Provides benefits of 20% paid Premium if the Insured never submit Claim within Premium Payment Term.

  3. Provides benefits of 100% paid Premium if the coverage remains active until end of Coverage Term.

  4. Provides 14 Benefit Plan options that suitable to the needs of Policyholders.

  5. Simplified underwriting process with 3 health questionnaires of the prospective Insured.

  6. Coverage will remain valid even if the Claim for the medical treatment has been fully reimbursed by another insurance company or government health program.

Key Benefits:

Daily Cash Benefit

If the Insured is hospitalized in the hospital room and/or Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

 

Surgery Cash Benefit

If the Insured undergoes Surgery with complex/ major/ moderate/ minor surgery or One-day Surgery.

 

Death Benefit

If the Insured passed away within the Coverage Term due to an accident or non-accident reason.

No Claim Bonus

No Claim Bonus will be paid to the Policyholder in the 3rd month of the 6th Policy year, amounted 20% of total paid Premium* if there is no Claim during the Premium Payment Term and the Premium has been fully paid.

Maturity Benefit

Maturity Benefit will be paid to the Policyholder amounted 100% of total paid Premium* for coverage that remains active until the Policy End Date.

  1. Participant’s entry age:Start from 15 days old – 60 years old.

  2. Coverage Period:8 years

  3. Premium Payment Term:5 years

  4. Policy currency:Rupiah (IDR)

  5. Premium Payment Schedule:Annually/ Semester/ Quarterly/ Monthly Options

  6. Insurance fee that will be billed directly to the policyholder:Policy printing fee of Rp200.000,00 per Policy. The first Policy printing fee is included in the Premium payment and does not apply to e-Policy.
